End of Season - Boo Hoo - September 25, 2016

We had a great day for the last play of the season.  This season: Gilbert was playing well with a new pointing style, and beware, he now shoots;  Larry broke well into the 20-game win barrier;  Randy was the most improved player;  Karen and Larry put together a remarkable win over a very strong team;  Larry held up the club's honor with his tournament play.;  and we had a wonderful Wine and Cheese party at L&J's.    Great Season!!   Happy Hibernation!!    !!  See you in mid-May 2017 !!

Annual Tournament - Sunday, August 28th at 1:00 p.m.

Great weather (well, perhaps a bit warm and humid) with no rain and great food.
The triplet panache of 3 games of 24 players was well run by Jane and Jeanne.
Wonderful representation from Zanesfield, Detroit, Lansing, and Ann Arbor
And the WINNERS were !!:  1st Place: Ian (D),   2nd Place Larry(AA),   3rd Place Mike(Z),

2016 Season Starts Sunday, May 15, 2016 at 2:00 pm

Hello:
Start practicing and get ready for our 2016 season.
Looking forward to seeing our regulars and new players.
We will try to bring extra equipment for those who don't
have boules yet.  And by the way, let's hope Paris wins the
2024 Olympic Games.  Pétanque might be an introductory
sport.
